White Coat Investor Medical School Scholarship
Offered by The White Coat Investor
About this scholarship
The White Coat Investor Medical School Scholarship reduces education debt and promotes financial literacy among students in U.S. professional schools. For 2026, ten winners will divide a cash pool that stood at $57,250 when verified, or approximately $5,725 each if the total does not change. Each winner also receives financial-wellness educational resources, books, and branded items. The final cash amount may rise because the fund accepts sponsor and reader contributions during the cycle. Eligible applicants must be full-time students in good academic standing at a brick-and-mortar professional school in the United States. Covered programs include medicine, osteopathic medicine, podiatry, dentistry, law, pharmacy, optometry, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, nurse anesthesia, anesthesiologist assistant, veterinary medicine, and qualifying doctoral physical or occupational therapy. Undergraduates, residents, online-school students, and students in Puerto Rico are excluded. Applicants who already have scholarships equal to or greater than their tuition are also ineligible. The online application closes August 31, 2026 and requires an original 800–1,200 word English essay in either the inspiring-stories or financial category. Five winners are selected from each category through multiple rounds of independent community judging. Winners must verify enrollment and good standing and permit publication of their name, photo, and essay.
