The University of Findlay International Merit Scholarships are automatic undergraduate awards for international students admitted to Findlay. Published annual scholarship levels include Trustee at $25,000, Presidential at $24,000, Deans at $22,500, Faculty at $20,000, and Merit at $18,500. Findlay also states that students with a 30 ACT, 1360 SAT, or higher receive an additional $2,000 added to merit. Transfer students have their own 2026-27 merit table, with annual awards from $18,500 to $25,000 depending on cumulative transfer GPA, and students with an associate degree can receive an extra $1,000. The award is partial funding because it reduces tuition but does not pay the full cost of attendance. There is no separate scholarship application; awards are applied automatically as part of the admission process. The university uses the highest eligible scholarship amount in the student's favor under its test-optional policy.
