About this scholarship
The University of Eastern Finland UEF Scholarship is the university's highest tuition scholarship for international students liable to pay tuition fees. The official UEF tuition fees, waivers and scholarships page states that one UEF Scholarship is available per programme for all international bachelor's and master's degree programmes, except Erasmus Mundus and joint degree programmes. The scholarship provides a 100 percent tuition waiver for the entire duration of the studies: three years for bachelor's programmes and two years for master's programmes. The award is recorded as full funding for tuition because it covers all tuition fees, but amount_value is null because UEF tuition is denominated in euros and living costs are not included. The scholarship is awarded to the highest-ranked tuition-fee-liable student based on admission results, and one additional student may be placed on a waiting list. Applicants apply for the scholarship through the UEF application form when applying to the university.
