The LAGRANT Foundation Graduate Scholarship
Offered by The LAGRANT Foundation
About this scholarship
The LAGRANT Foundation Graduate Scholarship provides $3,750 and intensive career-development access to master’s students pursuing advertising, marketing, or public-relations careers. Twenty traditional graduate recipients will be selected for 2027. In addition to the cash award, recipients must participate in the Foundation’s Washington, D.C. program from April 25–28, 2027, which includes workshops, networking, a keynote dinner, and the scholarship recognition reception. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or DACA recipients enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year U.S. institution with at least nine graduate units per term. A qualifying student majors in a field with a clear emphasis in advertising, marketing, or public relations, holds at least a 3.2 GPA, and will have two academic semesters or one full academic year remaining in the master’s degree after the spring 2027 award; summer terms do not count toward that requirement. The single online submission includes a typed application, a one-page career-goals essay, a response about representation in the communications industries, short activity and honors statements, one signed academic or internship reference, a résumé, an unofficial transcript or program acceptance letter, and a headshot. Materials cannot be submitted piecemeal. The final deadline is 5:00 p.m. Pacific on February 15, 2027, while complete applications received by January 18 earn 10 bonus points. Winners must attend the entire program and remain engaged with the Foundation for one year.
