TEDS Leadership Legacy Scholarship

Offered by Trinity Evangelical Divinity School

About this scholarship

The TEDS Leadership Legacy Scholarship rewards incoming master's students who bring meaningful leadership experience from ministry, counseling, nonprofit service, or another career. Trinity Evangelical Divinity School discounts annual tuition by 20%, 30%, or 40%, and the award is renewable for the student's course of study. The percentage depends on the applicant's documented leadership history: one to five years qualifies for 20%, six to nine years for 30%, and ten or more years for 40%. Applicants do not complete a separate Leadership Legacy form. TEDS automatically considers incoming master's candidates through the admission process, making the graduate admission portal the actionable application link. Students should present their professional and ministry history clearly in the materials requested by admissions so the school can evaluate the relevant duration and quality of leadership. The award supports eligible TEDS master's programs in theological education and ministry preparation. TEDS states that its main automatic incoming scholarships cannot be combined; a recipient may hold only one of the Leadership Legacy, Dean's Merit, or International Impact scholarships at a time, except where the school explicitly permits another award to stack. No separate scholarship deadline or fixed number of recipients is published, so applicants should meet the admission requirements and timing for their intended entry term.
