The SUNY Plattsburgh Cardinal Award for International First-Year Students is an annual scholarship for accepted international first-year undergraduates. For first-year international students, the Cardinal Award is listed at $5,000 annually for all accepted international first-year students. Students enrolled in nursing and students paying the online non-resident tuition rate are excluded from the published international scholarship package.
