The Rutgers-Camden International Chancellor's Scholarship for Camden County College is a transfer scholarship for nonsponsored international F-1 students who graduate from Camden County College and continue to Rutgers-Camden. The official page states that students can receive up to $19,000 per year. Rutgers-Camden offers a $14,000 scholarship to all nonsponsored international graduates of Camden County College who meet admission requirements and enroll full time, defined as 12 or more credits per semester, at Rutgers-Camden or Rutgers at Camden County College Blackwood campus. Students with final Camden County College GPAs of 3.0 to 3.5 receive an additional $2,000, for $16,000 total, and students with GPAs of 3.51 to 4.0 receive an additional $5,000, for $19,000 total. It is partial funding because it does not cover all tuition, fees, housing, meals, insurance, books, travel, or personal expenses. No separate scholarship application is required; eligible applicants are automatically considered when they apply and are admitted.
Eligibility
- Graduate from Camden County College with an A.S., A.A., or A.F.A. degree
- Be a nonsponsored international F-1 visa student who self-pays
- Apply and be admitted to Rutgers-Camden or Rutgers at Camden County College Blackwood campus
- Enroll full time in at least 12 credits per semester
- Meet Rutgers-Camden admission requirements
- Have a final Camden County College GPA in the published band for additional merit amounts
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA at Rutgers-Camden for renewal
