Paw Prosper Continuing Education Scholarship

Offered by Paw Prosper

About this scholarship

The Paw Prosper Continuing Education Scholarship provides two $1,000 awards to working animal-health and wellness professionals who want accredited advanced training. Eligible applicants live in the United States or Canada and already work in roles such as veterinarian or registered veterinary technician. Funding may support an accredited continuing-education course in animal health and wellness; the official page lists examples including tCPT, CCRT, CCAT, CCRP, CSCC, CCRVN, and CVAT programs. Applicants prepare an essay of no more than 1,000 words reflecting on how their animal-care career has matched or differed from their original expectations and how that experience now guides their professional decisions. The submission also needs a cover page with the applicant’s name, current profession, course and institute name, email address, and phone number. The single file must use the required `Lastname_Firstname_CE_2026` filename and be emailed to the scholarship address displayed on the official instructions page. Selected recipients must provide direct-deposit information for payment. Applications are open June 1 through August 31, 2026. This award is specifically for current professionals and accredited continuing education; Paw Prosper runs a separate scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students beginning careers in veterinary medicine.
