Outpost Foundation PGM Associate Program Scholarship

Offered by The Outpost Foundation

About this scholarship

The Outpost Foundation PGM Associate Program Scholarship helps working golf-industry professionals progress through the PGA Professional Golf Management Associate Program. Unlike the foundation's university and traditional-student tracks, whose 2026–2027 windows have closed, the sponsor explicitly marks this associate-program application as open. The award reimburses the fees associated with each program level after the recipient successfully completes that level and provides both a completion certificate and receipt; the foundation does not publish a fixed total dollar value or award count. Applicants must already work in the golf industry and document active enrollment in the PGM Associate Program. A complete submission includes the online form, a recent photo or headshot, proof of PGM enrollment, one recommendation from a supervisor at the applicant's club, one recommendation from a club member, and either a short introductory video or letter. The scholarship committee reviews only complete files. Candidates who advance participate in two interview rounds: first with the scholarship chairperson and a committee member, then with the remaining committee. Applicants are notified of next steps after the application and supplemental materials are received. Because the official page publishes no closing date, the entry is treated as rolling only while the direct Cognito application and the sponsor's “open for applications” notice remain live.
