Office Chairs Unlimited $2,000 Scholarship

Offered by Office Chairs Unlimited

About this scholarship

The Office Chairs Unlimited Scholarship is a nationwide $2,000 award for an undergraduate currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university. The official 2027 application is open through July 15, 2027, and the sponsor plans to announce and notify one recipient by August 1. Applicants choose between a 1,000–1,500 word essay and a one- to two-minute original video. Both options address how the applicant’s college education will support personal goals, why the student selected that institution, and where the student expects to be in five years. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo; production quality is not scored, but the content must be original and free of copyrighted or trademarked material. The sponsor explicitly states that AI-generated essays will not be reviewed. Applicants must submit proof of current enrollment, such as a transcript, tuition receipt, or acceptance letter, and may enter only once. The winner is selected for creativity, originality, clarity, and relevance. Funds are issued by check directly to the recipient’s institution for qualified college expenses in the current academic year. Applicants should read the official rules before submitting because entries become sponsor property and the winner must complete verification and tax documentation.
