NYU Grossman School of Medicine Full-Tuition Scholarship
Offered by NYU Grossman School of Medicine
About this scholarship
NYU Grossman School of Medicine gives every current and entering student in its MD degree program a Full-Tuition Scholarship, regardless of merit or financial need. For the 2026–27 cost-of-attendance budget, the scholarship offsets the full $65,500 tuition charge in each year of both the traditional four-year MD and accelerated three-year MD pathways. NYU also separately covers its student health-insurance premium, but the Full-Tuition Scholarship itself does not pay the school’s mandatory fees, housing, food, books, USMLE costs, or other living and educational expenses. Students with additional demonstrated need may apply for NYU’s distinct Debt-Free Scholarship program. There is no separate Full-Tuition Scholarship form and no FAFSA requirement for this universal tuition award: prospective students apply for admission to NYU Grossman through the live AMCAS application, complete the school’s secondary application after invitation, and receive the scholarship automatically if they matriculate. For the 2026–27 admissions schedule, the primary AMCAS application is due October 15, 2026 and the secondary is due November 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout medical school to retain the tuition benefit.
