Eligibility

• Be a new incoming degree-seeking student at New Mexico State University
• Hold F-1 visa status and have received an I-20
• Meet the GPA and TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo requirements for the relevant student category
• Submit the International Competitive Scholarship application during the open window
• Do not already qualify for an automatic in-state tuition discount through another listed category
• Meet NMSU admission requirements for the degree level
• Follow renewal limits based on undergraduate, master's, doctoral, or transfer status
