Epic Flight Academy Campus Pilot Scholarships
Offered by Epic Flight Academy
About this scholarship
Epic Flight Academy will award ten $5,000 flight-training scholarships in its 2026 high school competition, with one scholarship assigned to each participating flight-training campus. The same direct pilot application also places eligible students in consideration for Epic’s named Captain Judy Rice and King Air Nation pilot awards. Applicants identify their preferred training location and, if selected, use the funding for flight instruction at Epic. The program is limited to U.S. high school juniors and seniors who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and who turn at least 16 by December 31, 2026. Recipients must start training within twelve months, use the award within twenty-four months, and present a Third Class Medical Certificate. They also need dependable transportation to an Epic campus or willingness to relocate. Application materials include a community-service and extracurricular record, two short essays about candidate qualities and aviation goals, two recommendations, a two-minute YouTube video, and an aviation-related photo. At least one recommender must be a teacher, counselor, coach, or other school official, and relatives may not recommend. Applications close October 1, 2026.
