The Dr. Joseph and Sonya Landholm Scholarship reimburses up to $4,500 of expenses for veterinary acupuncture certification training. It serves two Nebraska-connected groups: veterinary students originally from Nebraska and Nebraska-licensed veterinarians who are members of the Nebraska Veterinary Medical Association. Approved costs are reimbursed after selection rather than advanced before training. For a program delivered in several sessions, the recipient submits proof of attendance and an expense report after each session, allowing support to continue through an eligible multi-year course. Eligibility
- Be a veterinary student originally from Nebraska, or a Nebraska-licensed veterinarian who is an NVMA member
