Centralis Scholar Award

The Centralis Scholar Award is Central Michigan University's premier Honors Program scholarship for incoming high school seniors, and CMU states that degree-seeking international high school seniors may be eligible to compete if they follow the international admissions process. The award package includes admission to the CMU Honors Program, full tuition for 33 credits per year, fees, food and housing for four years, plus a $5,000 study away award. Eligibility

• Be a high school senior at the time of the Centralis application cycle
• International applicants must follow CMU international undergraduate admission procedures
• Apply to Central Michigan University before completing the Centralis process
• Have a minimum high school GPA of 3.7 or above
• Be admitted as an incoming freshman starting at CMU in the following fall semester
• Use the applicant portal link to complete the Centralis application when the cycle is open
• Complete Honors Program requirements if selected
• Do not combine the Centralis Scholarship with other CMU merit aid
