BI Presidential Scholarship

About this scholarship

The BI Presidential Scholarship is BI Norwegian Business School's top merit scholarship for applicants admitted to master's programs at campus Oslo or campus Bergen. The official BI page states that Norwegian applicants and international applicants resident in Norway receive full tuition for each semester for up to two years if academic progression requirements are met. International applicants moving to Norway for postsecondary study receive full tuition for up to two years plus a living-expense stipend of NOK 50,000 per semester, subject to the same progression requirements. The award is recorded as full funding because it covers full tuition and a defined living stipend for international recipients, although amount_value is null because the official award is denominated in Norwegian kroner and depends on tuition level and program duration. Candidates must have a minimum overall GPA of A on the ECTS scale or equivalent top-level grades. BI states that scholarships are awarded on academic merit, not financial need, and late applications are not considered.

Eligibility

• Apply for admission to an eligible BI master's program at campus Oslo or Bergen
• Have a minimum overall GPA of A on the ECTS scale or equivalent top-level grades
• Upload the scholarship application with the admission application by March 1
• Submit a CV or resume and one-page scholarship application letter
• Accept the admission offer to remain under scholarship consideration
• Maintain required academic progression for renewal if selected
