Baylor Presidential Denominational Scholarship
Offered by Baylor University
About this scholarship
Baylor University’s Presidential Denominational Scholarship provides $1,500 per academic year to Baptist undergraduates with specific achievements in the Challengers or Studiact youth programs. Challengers participants must confirm program participation and show that they received the National Leadership Award. Studiact participants qualify by documenting completion of all six Quest levels; students who served as Texas state or national panelists for Woman’s Missionary Union may also be eligible. The current names replace the former High School Baptist Young Men and Acteens terminology, which can help applicants recognize older certificates. The scholarship can renew for as many as eight undergraduate semesters when the recipient remains enrolled full time and maintains at least a 2.5 cumulative Baylor GPA. Baylor directs students to submit supporting confirmation through its Student Financial Services Contact Us form, the actionable application route linked here. Admission to Baylor is separate, and the official page does not state one annual deadline or a fixed award count, so students should send documentation before the semester for which they seek funding and confirm review timing with Student Financial Services. This award is not a general scholarship for every Baptist student; the listed youth-program milestone is essential.
