BAEF MBA Fellowship
Offered by Belgian American Educational Foundation
About this scholarship
The BAEF MBA Fellowship offers Belgian professionals as much as $110,000 toward tuition for a two-year, full-time Master of Business Administration or Management program at one of twenty-six approved U.S. business schools. Half of the support is an outright grant; the other half is an interest-free loan that must be repaid within six years after graduation. Because the award is tuition-focused and does not promise a living stipend, recipients should plan separately for housing, travel, insurance, and other expenses. Applicants must have meaningful work experience, an excellent bachelor’s or master’s academic record, strong English proficiency, and the GMAT or GRE results required by their target schools. Unlike BAEF’s October graduate-study competitions, the MBA fellowship closes May 1, 2027. Candidates must first be admitted or waitlisted for a qualifying full-time two-year MBA at one of the universities named by BAEF, then complete the fellowship pre-eligibility form and online application. The file includes U.S. admission materials, an autobiographical essay, study statement, transcripts, test results, and three recommendations. Shortlisted candidates attend an in-person interview in Brussels in late May, with decisions expected in early June before the two-year funding period begins.
