AVTRIP Scholarship

Offered by Avfuel Corporation

About this scholarship

Avfuel Corporation's 2026 AVTRIP Scholarship provides one current AVTRIP member with $2,000 for continued aviation education. Eligible uses include flight training, tuition, and earning a new aviation license or rating. Applicants may already belong to AVTRIP or enroll before applying; the form states that a member must have accrued 250 AVTRIP points during the previous 24 months and that new members receive 250 bonus points upon enrollment. The direct application requires the six-digit AVTRIP member number, pilot certification information, an Airman's Certificate upload, at least one recent work-history entry, and two responses capped at 1,000 characters each. The essays address the applicant's identity and goals as an aviator, intended use of the award, and the way further education could benefit aviation or the applicant's community. A résumé is optional. Avfuel selects from the application answers and may invite semifinalists to an interview. Payment is a joint check payable to the recipient and the educational institution, and the recipient must provide a detailed plan for using the funds. Avfuel and Avflight employees and their relatives are ineligible. The single-session form must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on October 31, 2026.
