Andromeda Movement Space Exploration Scholarship

Offered by Andromeda Movement

About this scholarship

The Andromeda Movement Space Exploration Scholarship supports Indiana students who are curious about space and want to continue their education. Funding can range from $500 to $5,000 per year, and an award may be renewed. The program is not restricted to aerospace majors: a high-school student, undergraduate, or graduate student attending school in Indiana may apply, provided the student is a U.S. citizen. The sponsor gives preference to students originally from Indiana, especially Madison County, but does not limit eligibility to that county. Applicants prepare a one- to two-page essay explaining their favorite aspect of space exploration, followed by a paragraph describing their interest, future education, or career aspirations. The packet also includes the most recent high-school or college transcript and a curriculum vitae that identifies the applicant’s current academic or career stage, school year, expected graduation date, graduate program when applicable, and relevant internship information. A character recommendation is optional. All materials must be combined into one PDF and emailed to the address on the official apply page; the sponsor encourages early submissions. The stated application deadline is December 8, 2026.
