American Indian College Fund TCU Scholarship Program
Offered by American Indian College Fund
About this scholarship
The American Indian College Fund TCU Scholarship Program supports American Indian and Alaska Native students enrolled in certificate, undergraduate, or graduate study at a Tribal College or University. A single annual College Fund application considers TCU students for both Full Circle scholarships, which the College Fund selects and disburses, and TCU scholarships, which each tribal college’s financial-aid office selects and disburses. The official portal is accepting applications for the 2026–27 academic year. Although the May 31 priority-review date has passed, the College Fund states that it welcomes later applications and reviews them on a rolling basis; newly enrolled spring students should apply by January 25 for spring opportunities. Applicants must attend a TCU and be an enrolled member of a federally or state-recognized tribe, or a descendant of an enrolled member. Prepare a digital headshot, an unofficial recent transcript, and proof of tribal affiliation. Enrolled members provide a tribal ID or Certificate of Indian Blood; descendants provide the enrolled parent’s or grandparent’s documentation plus birth records showing the relationship. TCU award notices and disbursement information generally come from the student’s college financial-aid office in September or October.
