2026 Montana State Balanced Man Scholarship

Offered by Sigma Phi Epsilon, Montana Beta Chapter

About this scholarship

The 2026 Montana State Balanced Man Scholarship distributes $2,000 among selected rising or current freshmen and sophomores at Montana State University. Applicants must identify as male, but they do not need to join Sigma Phi Epsilon to apply or win. The Montana Beta chapter looks for students who live with purpose and demonstrate servant leadership, community involvement, academic performance, personal growth, and the fraternity's ideals of Sound Mind and Sound Body. Past applicants may apply again. The official page asks candidates to report their most recent cumulative high-school or college GPA and include dates when describing extracurricular activities, work, and community involvement. Its embedded sponsor-owned Salesforce form also collects expected graduation year, current or intended major, testing history, honors, awards, hometown, reason for choosing MSU, and prior familiarity with SigEp. The chapter reviews applications and plans brief interviews before selecting finalists. The form cannot be saved, so applicants should gather their academic and activity details before starting and complete it in one sitting. The live application confirms the $2,000 pool and remains open through September 7, 2026.
