2026-27 PSTAP Public Accountants Scholarships
Offered by Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals
About this scholarship
The 2026-27 PSTAP Public Accountants Scholarships provide four $3,000 awards to Pennsylvania accounting students. The group includes the Robert T. Zaleski Memorial Scholarship and three additional scholarships. Applicants must be Pennsylvania residents enrolled full time as undergraduates at a Pennsylvania college or university, have completed at least 60 college credit hours, declare accounting as their major, and hold a minimum 3.0 overall GPA. PSTAP makes awards primarily on academic merit while also considering leadership potential, extracurricular activity, employment, and financial need. The current printable application requests the student’s academic history, cumulative and accounting GPAs, number of accounting credits, honors, college and community activities, financial aid, employment, career plans, and any additional information relevant to review. A faculty recommendation and a transcript from every college, junior college, or university attended must accompany the application; unofficial transcripts are acceptable. The form must be complete and signed. Applicants may mail the package to the PSTAP Executive Office or use the fax or email destination published on the official scholarship page. Awards are announced in December and may support tuition, housing, books, or related education expenses, with checks made jointly payable to the recipient and the school. Complete materials must arrive by October 31, 2026.
