Orangewood Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship
Offered by Orangewood Foundation
About this scholarship
The Orangewood Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship helps Orange County young people with foster-care or Orangewood program connections pay for community college, trade school, or a bachelor’s degree. The current Fall 2026 application is open. Community-college students may receive up to $3,300 per year, eligible trade-school students up to $3,300 total, and bachelor’s students up to $5,900 per year throughout college, subject to the program’s overall funding limit. Money is paid directly to the student and may cover tuition, fees, books, supplies, rent, bills, food, and other living needs. Applicants must have been an Orange County dependent or currently participate in an Orangewood program and attend an accredited institution. The published guidelines set an age range of 18 through 30 and require Orange County residence for current program participants. A complete file includes foster-care verification, evidence that financial aid was requested, and proof of enrollment or an upcoming course schedule; returning applicants also submit a current unofficial transcript. Orangewood accepts Fall applications through September 30, but warns that a cycle can close early, so eligible students should use the direct Jotform promptly.
