2026 Patina Community Scholarship

Offered by Patina Network

About this scholarship

The 2026 Patina Community Scholarship supports under-resourced undergraduate and trade-school students who combine financial need and academic potential with meaningful support for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander women. Applicants of every background may apply; identifying as an AANHPI woman is not required, but a clear record of allyship, advocacy, leadership, or community service is central. Candidates must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited U.S. postsecondary program and have a New York or New Jersey connection through residence or school attendance. Eligible immigration categories are U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and DACA recipients. The direct Google application requires a personal statement of no more than 500 words, a FAFSA Student Aid Index, an optional 150-word financial-circumstances statement, a recommendation from a teacher, mentor, or community leader, and an official or unofficial transcript. Review weights emphasize financial need at 40%, followed by academics and the personal statement at 20% each. Patina’s current page does not publish the dollar value, so this listing intentionally does not repeat an unverified directory amount. Applications close August 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
