About this scholarship

The Fall 2026 BELOvEDS A Nania Foundation Scholarship provides $1,000 to a U.S. student affected by vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. The direct sponsor PDF includes the application and three essay choices. Candidates write approximately 750 words about a life-shaping experience, a letter to someone newly diagnosed with vEDS, or the meaning and impact of supporting others. Required attachments include the current or upcoming semester class schedule, proof of U.S. residency, and documentation confirming the applicant’s or qualifying parent or guardian’s diagnosis. Email the completed application and all supporting materials to the foundation address printed in the PDF.
